Hartford House

From Hartford, one can easily get to many historical and cultural sites, including battlefields (Anglo-Zulu and Anglo-Boer), bushman cave paintings, Heritage parks, Drakensberg mountains, and the Drakensberg Boys choir, to name a few.

This is the master suite, with an exquisite entrance hall, large bedroom with fireplace, dressing room, two bathrooms - one with a marble bath, the other with a shower.
 Manor Suite
Twin bedded large luxurious suite with fireplace situated in the Manor. En-suite spacious bathroom, with bath and shower. Overlooking the rose garden.
Garden Suites
 These suites are beautifully situated in award-winning gardens. They have recently been redecorated with silks from India, giving out a colonial aura. Consisting of a large superior bedroom with king sized bed, lounge area with fireplace and under floor heating as well as an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi spa baths and separate toilet, this is such stylish living.
 Verandah Double suites
Large luxury bedrooms with king size beds, with lounge area and generous open plan mosaiced bathroom. Corner bath and shower - under floor heating. The suite has glorious views over the rose garden.
 Pool Suites
Secluded in the gardens in close proximity to the swimming pool, sauna and wellness house, with views over the dam, there is a large superior bedroom with king size bed, Moroccan carpets and Indian silks. The suite has a lounge area with fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi spa baths.
 Lake Side Suites
These two spacious, superior suites are an unusual mix of ethnic fusion and eclectic African styles. Picture windows open onto un-interrupted views of the lake and a section of the farm. Entrance hall, lounge, large double bedroom and bathroom, fireplaces, heated towel rails, under-floor heating, high ceilings and privacy are common to both. One has a copper bath and a warm, rich ambience while the other has a romantic twin-bath and a modern mood. Both have a shower.
